Untested Learning Should Be Measured

One commonality of COVID-19 is a need to change learning modalities.  There have been major shifts into virtual instructor-led training, e-learning and micro-learning.

Given the stress of the situation, it is understandable that these changes were made quickly.  As a result, much of the training recently deployed was untested or had minimal quality assurance checks.

To this end, the need to measure this training is important.  If hundreds or thousands of employees are accessing this learning, it needs to be evaluated for virtual instructor effectiveness, content quality, the environment's conduciveness to learning and its applicability in the moment of need.
