This session will discuss how to show evidence of impact from learning investments by focusing on three critical impact components. First, we will discuss program impact. This includes measuring instructors, environment, and content. If these can be optimized downstream, impact can be improved. Second, we will discuss the people who attend the programs. This includes measuring the demographics of participants to identify what subsets are not having optimal experiences, so that these personnel can see adjustments in their learning to improve their future performance. Third, we will discuss results and impact. This includes looking at operational data and skill/capability data aligned to the program. Reviewing this data before, during and after the program for correlation to the training.
