Performitiv Launches Modern L&D Measurement Platform, Quickly Captures Market Share
In January 2018 Performitiv launched its learning measurement software, but it's different. It fuses learning methodology with performance improvement. Data collection is simple. Outputs focus less on reports and more on actions to create positive impact to people, programs and results. As a result of the product launch, Performitiv has captured numerous clients that had been using Metrics that Matter™, a technology originally created in 2001 by the current founders of Performitiv. “Since our January 2018 launch, we have seen significant demand from Metrics that Matter™ clients looking for a lower cost, modern technology, oriented around taking action on data vs. simply collecting and reporting it,” commented Kent Barnett, CEO of Performitiv.
