Nick joins the growing team at Performitiv to apply his years of expertise in human capital analytics where he will collaborate with Performitiv clients looking to take their talent development measurement to the next level.
Nick has participated in international projects helping clients understand the statistical link between data and impact. He is a keynote speaker, award-winning researcher and tenured professor at McMaster University in Canada.Nick will provide thought leadership in evolving the Performitiv Impact Optimization Model and the Performitiv impact measurement technology.
Nick will also lead Performitiv client projects to analyze client learning data, operational data, people data and business data and statistically link them to talent development effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
